Welcome to our site. Many of us have developed
a passion for Haiti in the past 15 years and have been involved in the start-up,
organization, and growth of MIBOSAM. The work of MIBOSAM has grown
so much in the past six years that it's needs and opportunities have outgrown its
support system. This site will help us introduce this great work to others who
we pray may be led to join the effort.
MIBOSAM is a French acronym for Ministry of
the Good Samaritan. It is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in
Haiti and a 501C3 non-profit agency incorporated in New Jersey. MIBOSAM
is not officially associated with any denomination.
MIBOSAM has its roots in the neighborhood
outreach of a local Reformed Church congregation in New Jersey. That outreach
led to the founding of Renaissance Evangelical Church, a vital independent
Haitian congregation, and eventually to MIBOSAM.
